Parrots in Paradise

Parrots in Paradise, designed by Gulfport artist Lucinda L’enfant, pays homage to the late Jimmy Buffett. The beloved musician attended college at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in Hattiesburg, where he made great strides toward his illustrious career.
