“JAM Session: Series 2,” located at the Community Arts Center, is the second in a mural series paying tribute to musicians with ties to Hattiesburg. This phase features Webb Wilder, Van Dyke Parks, Afroman, and Fred Armisen. Combined with the first mural in the series, unveiled in 2024, the adjacent walls boldly showcase Hattiesburg’s role in developing quintessential American musical styles like rock and roll, blues, jazz, and hip hop.
