Featured on “Serenata” is La Virgen de Guadalupe, a powerful symbol of Mexican identity and faith. Her image is associated with many things including motherhood, feminism, and social justice. This particular piece is in tribute to a serenade that happens every year on the 12th of December celebrating the day her apparition in Mexico City. This utility box is on E. Hardy St. and Williams St.
